PRANDAA reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order in cases including product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or incorrect customer information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final order amount before completing payment.

For products eligible for return or exchange, only prepaid orders are eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Personalised and Customised Products

Products made according to customer-selected names, text, photographs, designs, specifications or other custom requirements are considered personalised or customised products.

Once production has started, personalised or customised orders generally cannot be cancelled.

Personalised and customised products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where the product is damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error from PRANDAA.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, images, sizes, colours and other customisation details before confirming an order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, product preparation and other circumstances.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

PRANDAA will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Only prepaid orders are eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed by PRANDAA.

Customers must contact PRANDAA before sending a product back and obtain the appropriate return instructions and return address.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.

After verification, PRANDAA may provide a replacement, exchange, refund or another appropriate resolution.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only where they have not already entered production, printing, packing or dispatch.

Personalised and customised orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
